When you apply and get shortlisted, you’ll go through an intensive 7-day training and assessment programme. We’ll teach you exactly what each department does, what we expect, and how we operate. You’ll do real tasks. Real tests.

At the end of that week, we’ll select the people who are genuinely ready, and offer them full-time positions with GLE Media.

No unpaid internship. No vague promises. A real job, with a real salary, in a growing company.

DEPARTMENTS & ROLES

The five departments we’re hiring into:

Digital Marketing: Running campaigns, managing our brand’s online presence, and driving qualified traffic that converts into sales. If you love strategy and data, this is for you.

Copywriting: Writing the emails, ads, sales pages, and scripts that generate revenue for our company. If you love words and persuasion, this seat has your name on it.

Video Ad Creation: Scripting, shooting, and editing short-form video ads that stop people mid-scroll. If you’re creative and visual, this is the highest-demand skill in the market right now.

Content Creation: Building the content engine that keeps GLE Media visible and trusted; social media, reels, graphics, captions, and everything in between.

Sales Closing: Speaking directly with warm leads and helping them make decisions. If you’re confident, articulate, and competitive — this is where your personality becomes your paycheck.
SALARY EXPECTATION

Monthly salary ranges from ₦150,000 to ₦350,000 — depending on the department and the skill level you demonstrate during the assessment week.

This isn’t a stipend. It’s not “transport and feeding.” It’s a professional salary for professional work, and it grows as you grow.

Who is GLE Media?

GLE Media is the marketing and content division of GLE Properties — one of Nigeria’s most active real estate development companies. We’ve generated hundreds of millions of naira in real estate sales through the exact same digital marketing systems we’re now hiring people to run.
