When you apply and get shortlisted, you’ll go through an intensive 7-day training and assessment programme. We’ll teach you exactly what each department does, what we expect, and how we operate. You’ll do real tasks. Real tests.
At the end of that week, we’ll select the people who are genuinely ready, and offer them full-time positions with GLE Media.
No unpaid internship. No vague promises. A real job, with a real salary, in a growing company.
The five departments we’re hiring into:
Monthly salary ranges from ₦150,000 to ₦350,000 — depending on the department and the skill level you demonstrate during the assessment week.

GLE Media is the marketing and content division of GLE Properties — one of Nigeria’s most active real estate development companies. We’ve generated hundreds of millions of naira in real estate sales through the exact same digital marketing systems we’re now hiring people to run.

“What if I don’t have any experience in marketing or content?”
That’s exactly why we created the 7-day training. You come in without experience. You leave with a skill, and potentially a job
“Is this free?”
Yes. The training and assessment cost you nothing. You invest only your time and effort.
“What if I don’t get selected after the first week?”

“Is this for people outside Ibadan?”
At this stage, the training is in-person at our Ibadan office. If you can be present in Ibadan for the week, you qualify.
