No, there is no time limit to commence work on your plot.
However, it is your duty to make sure you keep your plot clean and not bushy so that the estate is livable for other residents
After 100% completion of all your payments, you will get physical allocation of your plot(s) within 3-6 months

As a subscriber to Abraham’s Court, Ido, you are securing a valuable piece of real estate in one of Ibadan’s fastest-growing areas. To ensure smooth development and long-term value appreciation, please carefully review and agree to the following terms:
1. Pre-Development Fee Commitment
To enhance the estate’s value and ensure basic infrastructure is in place, a Pre-Development Fee is required to cover:
✅ Earth road construction
✅ Perimeter fencing
✅ Gatehouse installation
The cost of this is as follows:
₦450,000 for 300sqm plots
₦750,000 for 500sqm plots
This fee is NOT an immediate charge—you have up to 3-6 months(depending on your payment plan) after completing your land payment to make this payment.
Additionally, as the estate grows and residents are ready to build and move in, there will be further infrastructural developments such as drainage, electricity, road tarring etc. The cost for these additional developments will be determined collectively in the future to ensure fairness and affordability for all estate residents.
Yes, you can request a refund; however, please note that the refund will be 30% less than the entire amount paid at the point of refund which serves as administrative charges and will be paid within 90 days of approval of refund or upon resale of said plot(s).
In the event that you default in your payment obligation for a period of 2months,
The company reserves the right to revoke your subscription by refunding 70% of your payment (30% shall be withheld by the company as administrative charges) or offering you a reallocation.
Either of the option will be at the discretion of the company.
NO, the subscriber will not be affected by price increase after making an initial deposit.

The Company will not be liable for information not received by you as a result of breach of clause above. The only party recognized by the Company in receiving instructions and execution of documents as regards the property is the Client and in the event where the Client intends to delegate that responsibility to a third party, a written instruction either in a letter form or an official email has to be sent to the Company’s official email address before such third party can be recognised.
