No, there is no time limit to commence work on your plot.

After 100% completion of payment, you will get physical allocation of your plot(s) within 3-6 months

Yes. It is ready-to-build but all building approval documents required must be obtained before building can commence.

The Pre Developmental fee is all-inclusive for earth road, perimeter fencing and gatehouse.

However, when the construction of the infrastructure of the estate would be done, you will be deemed to pay a subsidized  fee for the infrastructure fee.

NO, All payments must be made to our bank accounts.

Yes, you can request a refund; however, please note that the refund will be 30% less than the entire amount paid at the point of refund which serves as administrative charges and will be paid within 90 days of approval of refund or upon resale of said plot(s).

In the event that you default in your payment obligation for a period of 2months,

The company reserves the right to revoke your subscription by refunding 70% of your payment (30% shall be withheld by the company as administrative charges) or offering you a reallocation.

Either of the option will be at the discretion of the company.

NO, the subscriber will not be affected by price increase after making an initial deposit.

As Abraham’s Court is meant for land banking purposes, you are required to pay 2,000naira monthly for the maintenance of your plot and security fee. This fee is payable 1year after your plot has been allocated to you.

Upon subscription, you are required to fill in your personal contact details (phone number and email on your subscription form to enable us to give necessary information with respect to your property as against going through your representative. The Company will not be liable for information not received by you as a result of breach of clause above. The only party recognized by the Company in receiving instructions and execution of documents as regards the property is the Client and in the event where the Client intends to delegate that responsibility to a third party, a written instruction either in a letter form or an official email has to be sent to the Company’s official email address before such third party can be recognised.
